Wasn't sure whether to post here or on Bridge, but as you were so welcoming with all the Christmas fun, here I am again. It seems we've all been frustrated runners lately...weather / illness / Injury/ festivities... the list goes on. Like many here, my runs lately have been spasmodic and short. Today, I didn't intend to do 10k. I ran up to the village shop to buy stamps for some urgent post, and they didn't have any. What to do? I know I'll run to the next village, they have a post office. What a tonic, very mild, gorgeous sunshine, my audible book in my ear, legs doing what they know. With my return that made 10k! 3 minutes short of a PB, but I really don't care. I got out and ran. Fab π

Well done!π Funny how these runs pop up when we most need them - plus you have stamps as well!π€£ππ

Really well done to you... Serendipity ... Happy Chance... and you took it ! x

Marvellous! ππ€. Itβs what itβs all about. Running errands is just great and so useful π
You're right there. I've also run back from dropping the car off at the garage and run back from my last mammogram appointment too!

Itβs amazing what a slightly warmer day can do for the legs; just off a PB is great for this time of year. You will be joining us on a build up to 10 miles next π

Your joy comes through your post. A brilliant sounding run and stamps too! ππ

What a fabulous photo; a fabulous day and a fabulous run π₯° Unexpected wins are the very best. Keep smiling π
