This challenge came just at the right time as I'd been edging back to 10k gradually after different foot issues since last summer (so thanks for the motivation!! )
I waited on the corner til 9.30am showed on the garmin and I was off! Set up the RunGo app but realised after the 1st k that I was getting no commentary I must have gone wrong somewhere!Still the earphones kept the wind out all the same! Inland rd in full force wind for 1st section, then a sheltered downhill.then a nice country lane followed through to the coast at Gurnard(around halfway now!) followed by the not so nice steep hill!then down onto the front and a nice flat section,a short sharp hill ,a slogging gradual up then flat to finish (attempted a slight finish line sprint!)
Lots of nice friendly runners and cyclists today too! It felt hard and a bit of a slog but really glad I ventured out! Thought of you all out doing your own challenges and that helped keep me going! πββοΈπxxx thanks for organising linda9389 and everyone xxx

Ooh I can only imagine how exposed and windy that must have been for you today! Great run!!! Fantastic that your foot was happy with the 10k! I agree - it really did make a difference knowing so many people were out there too.
