Frosty morning!

Wow, going out for a run in the frost and seeing the sun rising was amazing! Such amazing colours and views! It was a very stop-and-start run today, walking through muddy slippery bits, running on dry paths and stopping to take lots of photos - I even saw a massive bull in a field!
