So I didn't go on a run two days ago because I just had a day of really low motivation but this morning I was determined to get out on a run early and I did! I did C25K W5R1 again and my knee held up pretty well, apart from a few niggles every now and again! I completed the first 5 minute run and realized I had forgotten to start tracking my run on my Nike Run App! So I've only got data for half the run hahaha!
I was amazed at how many runners I saw this morning too! On my roughly 20-25 minutes of running and walking, I counted 10 runners here and there! I've definitely noticed a lot more people running during this crisis, that's for sure!

Good run for you Redcello41, glad that your knee held up without injury. I have also noticed when I am out running or a walk that there are many runners around, usually a Sunday morning is the busiest for runners but there are a lot about weekdays as well, I also notice that there are many new people starting C25K too.
Any sort of exercise is helpful during this time isn't it? I got home just before it started raining properly this morning so that was rather lucky! π
Those days when you can't be bothered, put your gear on and go outside for a walk, you will most likely end up running.
It's funny, I already had my gear on and it was raining but I still didn't go out, I just wasn't in the right headspace. Sometimes it's best just to accept that and just leave it for a day or two and then come back to it just like I did this morning! Hope your running is also going well π
