Slowly getting back

Well its been a few weeks of hard running after some troubles times mentally and physically but I'm starting to back to normal.

Managed a 6k run today and felt OK and also trying to run 2 -3 times a week to get myself back to where I was.

Thanks to those who supported me over the last few weeks as it has really helped.

That's really good to hear. A regular running routine will help keep you on track mentally and phyically too - the pole opposite of a viscious circle 😊
