going out for my first tentative run after week off can anyone give advice on how to pace it now I'm recovering from chest infection πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ

I’d just go for a jog without any plan at all but to go steady and have fun

I agree.

Take as much rest (walking breaks etc) as you need, and don't worry if you need to finish earlier than you thought - see how you feel.

it felt good certainly made a difference having some oxygen in the blood shall take it slowly don't want to mess up. Doctor has also changed my inhaler for my asthma so we'll see if that makes a difference you never know I may be turbo charged πŸ€£πŸƒβ€β™€οΈ
