Third for some of us mad ones. 🤣 feeling a touch tender after a canicross run too so will be slow one with my dad who is 73. That’s my excuse anyway. Enjoy!!

Second one for me. Both at Woolacombe sands which is tough but great atmosphere and beautiful scenery.
