He made it to Boston!!

Over 800km in two weeks. Our coach and good friend made it to Boston from Hamilton Ontario, with time to have one rest day before running the Boston marathon!! He’s hurting but ready to finish this mad journey. No one in history has ever attempted this. UN.FREAKING.REAL!

Edit: FYI, he crushed Boston too!

Yes we are really fortunate to be in this run group. To think a year ago I knew nothing about running except for the bus!

I bow down to him 🙌. Mad respect for what he just accomplished.....and oh ya, he has to run another marathon tomorrow .... on legs that just ran 800 km....I can't imagine that. What a machine!

I am just watching his progress through the marathon now. He is hammering through it at a 7:20 min/mile pace, thats like 4:50 min/km. At the 20 mile mark, no less
