Well, great run today, sore legs now but feeling good after my run. I'm full of confidence. This route is takes in some of half marathon route I'll be taking on. looking forward to an easy day today.

Well done, looking good Beastie!

And the "mind f*ck" of running what you'd normally consider an amazingly long run but now forcing yourself to think of it as "just another training run" is one of the great thrills of endurance training.

Well done you. I like the idea of reconnaissance runs before the HM, it takes the pressure off to see the course.
