Flipping heck it's tough and some of it is really soft. I manage by going about 12 minute miles, and the wind can be really challenging too... All worth it though 😎

I too am on holiday in Portugal, but it's been too hot to run here 26+ each day, and I have to sort my 16 month baby out early in the morning so hard to go early. But I have been swimming in the pool allot.
Sounds lovely and that is way too hot for me to run, swimming sounds very sensible!!! I did swim in the sea at the beach near the Minnac theatre... It nearly killed me. Off to Sennan today so my boy can surf with his uncle ( my sister lives here too!)
