I have just had 4 days of time out with my family.... which obvs means lots of RUNNING!! I so love the freedom of running on the beach... hard work but just so good. I feel very connected there if you get my drift, and it grounds me.
No world records, no heroics, just simple enjoyment. My sister did gymnastics as we ran along... flips, handstands, I did run, walk and a bit of dancing. Then a slap up brek in Godrevy caff with cake on the side...
This is my most fave place to run for my mental health..... do you have one that just hits that spot and sorts you out?
