Couple of weeks back I had been diagnosed with a fluid between macular and retina. My doctor did OCT of my left eye and prescribed Nevanc eye drops and Vit C tablets.
I am wondering that is it the right treatment i am going through or there is the best treatment available without any side effects?

The usual drug to treat CSR now is eplerenone, unless you have a particular problem with controlling the level of potassium in your body.
Before it was found that eplerenone helps, the usual advice was to see if it would clear up be itself, although there was a continuing debate about the use of steroids.
Chronic CSR can ultimately lead to sight loss, so I'd check out what's best for you.
