I get that when I've done too much and lupus rebels. I usually take a short course of steroids (4 days of 10mg) to stop it, it doesn't happen very often.

I don't know what to suggest, if it was muscular contraction to protect your neck (the reason for the frozen shoulder I suspect) then I understand but the symptoms you describe are more like arthralgia or myalgia, rather. Have you taken any antiinflammatories to check if they help?

Totally with you letslaugh ,ice sufferd terrible muscle issues for years and very much the last 8months ,my muscles feels like there hanging on to the bones for dear life ,i get twitches galore ,random stabbing pains ,my back muscles burn constantly even sitting against them causes them to burn and twitch ,nobody answers my concerns they just chuck another pill to try .Your not alone, but for me i find heat from hot water bottles ,keeping warm and taking combination ibrofen and paracetamol or co-codamol,amyltriptaline if you can tolerate it?
