Paracetomol are a good alrounder, if you take them regularly, 4 hourly. x

Just remember not to take too many products which contain paracetamol. Hoping you feel better soon x

As Sue above says, I take 2 X Paracetamol every four hours. I also take Brufen every four hours too at the same time. Check the packet for the actual dose as I'm sure you will.

xx

I found that brufen gave me terrible migraines but am okay with paracetamol if pain not too bad but I have to give in and take Oxy-norm or Oxy-codeine at times. The only thing I have actually been warned off by doc. is lemsip.

Hope you feel better soon x

If you need something a little stronger try Anadin extra ( I buy Tescos own make for a fraction of the price) It contains Aspirin, paracetamol, and caffeine. 2 tabs every 4 to 6 hours. Do not take any other paracetamol or anti-inflammatory based tabs at the same time.Caution should be used with Asthma sufferers taking Brufen or other anti-inflammatory tabs, although I've never been affected.
