Anyone know of any specialist Lupus Doctors in the North-West, preferably Manchester?

I've heard wonderful things about Dr Bruce & his team in Manchester. He's listed on the St Thomas' lupus trust list of specialist. X

Not Manchester but Prof Moots at the Roual Liverpool is fantastic and he does drug trials and things for Lupus. He has done more for me in two years than my thumb has done in six.

Hi Dalediva. I personally have seen a Dr Bhushan who orriginally diagnosed me, and continue to see a Dr Bucknall at what used to be Hope Hospital and is now called Manchester general I think. Hope this helps. PS it's nice to know there is someone else quite local to me

I have been seeing prof Ian Bruce at man royal for past 10 yrs. Shame he lost his fantastic lupus specialist nurse two yrs ago, she was fantastic. Xxx
