New Year, New me! Anyone living in the London area? I live in the Oval and it would be lovely to meet up and get out or if you can not get out just build a friendship with people that understand.
You do not have to feel isolated or down anymore.
Ideas:
A night at the cinema (A deal, maybe Orange Wednesdays and we can share)
A deal on a website like a nice meal for under a tenner with a voucher
A night out at the comedy
A fun day out with the kiddies. The park even to let them play and give you a rest
Cheap spa days (a lovely massage)
Whatever you think of, i will try to find a deal on a website to cut the price
The list is endless................................ suggestions please
Come on, take control and don't let the Lupus kick your butt and define you
Love, hugs and kisses xx

I live in north east London but would like to meet up if it was not too late(afternoon weekend would be great) so that I could get back home safely. My kids are big (21 and19) so can't bring them but I don't mind watching somebody else's children playing. The park is too cold for me at the moment though.
Sorry for the delay in my reply, i'm studying at the moment and have been buried in my books.
I would love to meet up An afternoon activity sound get for us, nothing to strenuous. I was thinking to give it a few weeks and see if any other people would like to meet up and then have a meet up in Mid Feb? Let me know how you feel about that and if its not doable for you, then we can change it
Any ideas about activities that you would like to do? A nice meal? A trip to the cinema, a cup of coffee? I was thinking of changing the blog name to anyone in London so that it is open to all.
I look forward to meeting you and for this to be a great system of friendship and support
good luck with your studies. I am for anything as long as it is not strenuous. I think a cinema and a coffee/meal afterwards would be nice. It can be tricky to choose a good film - I really prefer something funny to cheer me up.
I think it is a good idea to open it to anyone in London.
Mid February would be good for me, especially when it is half term holiday
I would love to see everyone, however i know that due to commitments some may not be able to make it. Have no fear, meet ups will hopefully take place every month.
Would it be possible to RSVP by the 8th February 2013, so that i can book a table.
I live in W london- would potentially love 2 meet- depends on distance- tho i now have subsidised cab fares so could probably manage it- ideally i'd prefer food& chat so we can get 2 know each other- my kids are teenagers so can b left- also kid free activity means we can relax & focus on getting to know each other- sheila xx

I would love to meet up to do something I live in north west London but can make it doable on a good day. I am currently in Autrakia with my grown up family and back mid February if you are interested - Michelle

Thanks Aleisha I am happy to do anything that the majority are happy with. Most times I can travel within the London region. I am back home early February so mid feb is good for me. Do keep me posted. My email is cantellouk@gmail.com if you want to reply to mr directly.

Hi Aleisha, I live near Croydon. I'm down for any of the above lol. I have 2 children 10 and 5 but I'd like to leave them out of it as I deserve some time too. A massage sounds great. Food sounds good. Cinemas good too. And mid feb is ideal. Enough notice time.

First of all, I would like to say how inspiring and uplifting your profile introduction is.
Would love to meet other Lupie sufferers! I live in East London, so anything Central is fine by me. Cinema sounds good, but I'm also up for anything else, as long as the price iis reasonable. Please keep me informed.
Apologies for the slow reply, trying to finish my coursework.
Thank you for the compliment with regards to my profile. I am just trying to be as honest and positive (hard sometimes) as possible. The cinema sounds like a good idea and i was also thinking a lunch to get to know each other.
Some people can might like to go to one or the other or both, although the price of a cinema ticket up west isn't cheap
