I have SLE, renal lupus, APS and Raynauds. Recently I have been dislocating or bruising joints after doing things such as washing my hands or cutting my nails. Really simple, everyday things that would normally not cause any difficulties. My latest is a severely bruised finger that I sustained after washing my hands. The whole finger down to the middle of my hand is black, swollen and painful.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this? I don't know if it's due to Lupus or something else.

sounds like you may have some form of hypermobility this can be mild to sever and you should speak to a rheumy about this it could be joint hypermobility or elhers danlos syndrome. some from are severe it can go hand in hand with lupus it can be difficult to diagnose. but easy brushing slow healing and dislocation are common.
