Ahhhhh that was me on Monday! Very painful. You poor thing. The good news is that I am feeling a bit better this morning! By the time I dose up etc I should just about be able to get to work and be useful! lol

Take lots of vitamin C

Poor you. It's bad enough getting a cold but with lupus you then have the flare up of the rest of your symptoms too. Look after yourself and get plenty of fluids and rest x

Hi, if you are having problems taking tablets try taking them with a fizzy drink. This was suggested to me whilst visiting my brother in law in the transplant unit. He was taking his tablets which some are rather large and they sent my husband for a can and it worked. Apparently the bubbles hild the tablet off the back of the throat and they float down.

I now do it and it works for me. Hope it helps Hope you feel better soon. Helen
