Well today was the first day back to work after two weeks. Was very shaky to go in and had a few moments during the day when I thought " oh no here comes a panic attack" but with the right frame of mind I was able to cope and calm myself down. Keeping busy helped as well as I had less time to "think". My body is aching from tensing myself and had to keep telling myself to relax. One day down ! Taking it one at a time! Hopefully I can beat this !!
