Holiday

I would really love a holiday, feel as if. I haven relaxed in years, my body is so. Drained and sore 24/7, is there any body else feelin this way

Oh YES YES a holiday would be wonderful anything to get away from this rain sadly though the last lot of sunny weather we just had left my sore and bad rash.

Its pants isnt it pinky56 i have been struggling on wiv lower back pain now for 5 months. Its not nice, i hope u get better soon x

or yes i go away in september ,,cant wait for my holiday i also feel drained and acking all over been back 2 doc 2 day and uped a couple off my tablets to see how i get on anybody suffering from headackes and buzzing in the ears ,,,,,,

I had the headaches and buzzin couples of months ago lupus, it stayed wiv me for bout 2weeks i never took any thin for it

is there any reason why you cant take a holiday? i went away to a little place called staithes earlier this year felt alive for the first time in ages . book one today !

Why can't you go on holiday? I am actually in County Cork right now, just arrived here for a few days. I was in County Kilkenny since Saturday.

I am not able to do much so sleep is the order of the day. My body is aching and I am always vomiting but I don't complain as I am with my husband and it's his holiday as well.

If you can afford to go away you should go as just a change of scenery helps so much.

Thanks girls for the advice i think i mite just take my hols next month, a couple days away some were cheap and cheerful lol, nipy i have never heard a place called staithes where bouts is it

I am off to Portugal for a holiday in august and I can't wait! Obviously I am aware of the problems this could cause but I dontplan on sitting in the sun at all really I will make sure I have a good spot in the shade... I really need an rest and what better way to do so than on a sun lounger albeit in the shade!!!! I have my factor get lost (child strength) a nice big sun hat and my kindle! Bliss and can't wait! I hope tha you get to have a holiday and a rest! It's suc a stressful disease especially when you feel so helpless! (I hope I don't regret it when I get back but i Doubt it) xxx

Well I go away every year with my girl friends - I deserve it!! I sit in the shade and read and enjoy grily chit chat. I feel normal again for a few days. We laugh and giggle like when we were school girls (were 43 now!)

Im very tired when I get back but its a great time to be the old me and they all rally around to look after me if I need it.

Take a holiday and refresh yourself.
