Joint pain and lupus

I’m currently taking mycophenolate mofetil and hydroxychloroquine also had my last rituximab infusion 10 months ago for my lupus but still having joint pain weekly. I mentioned this to my doctor and asked them if I need another infusion of rituximab and the doctor said no because all my labs are normal.

What should I do?
