It is extremely rare with only 37 reported in the literature since 1937 though of course there will have been more than that that weren't written about. Some were reported in association with hypercoagulabilty such as antiphospholipid antibodies but the majority have been spontaneous.
So it is unlikely anyone has experienced - but interesting if they have.
