Totally agree with your comments lupime (love the name). For most of us, even though we may have had Lupus for a long time, it can be very isolating. Hearing how others have coped with this ups and downs of Lupus is a lifesaver, particularly when you are in one of the ‘downs’ and wondering how to cope. Keep up the great work sites like this and Lupus UK, you make a huge difference ❤️

Sorry to hear you are having a horrible time. I know what you mean about feeling alone. Spending a lot of time with our worries and fears can make us feel like that even when we have supportive people around us. xx
