Thank you for sharing Tiggywoos, fascinating article. Hypermobility I’ve learnt personally over the past 3 years is much more common than diagnosed and even if not hEDS , hypermobility means higher risk factor for various issues I’ve discovered for myself. To name a few beyond the joint pain: pelvis prolapse; May-Thurner; bruising; dizziness/ with or without fainting, fatigue; POTS type symptoms/hypotension; stomach issues; sensitivity to cold/heat (all autonomic dysfunction related). It seems if hypermobile, there’s a higher risk to have these. No research/official source to quote on the subject, just my personal experience.
