World lupus day

Hello,

On looking online in 2023 there was a 10 day challenge I really want to do this and set up a go fund me page, I've ordered a tshirt I just need to think of a challenge! Is anyone else doing anything to celebrate and spread awareness?

The focus this year seems to be spread awareness so some social media posts which I will also try

sounds like a great idea! Last year I ran one mile a day for a lupus challenge n wore my t shirt on some of the runs to spread awareness it kept me motivated xx
