Show us your butterflies for World Lupus Day!

Hi everyone,

World Lupus Day is on Sunday 10th May 2020. Unfortunately, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, many of our plans to use this day to raise awareness and funds have had to change. We need your help to spread the word!

We’d like to see as many beautiful butterflies as possible displayed in windows (and shared on social media) on World Lupus Day. We hope that you will enjoy this fun project whilst in the lock-down. We encourage you to be as creative as you like, using whatever materials you have available. You may wish to use colouring pencils, paints, collage – whatever you can think of.

Yes, at the moment we have no plans to change the Grand Draw. We have received fewer sold ticket stubs back than we'd hope, but there is still some time.

Yes, you could pay by bank transfer.

That's wonderful, thank you. We provide books of draw tickets (10 tickets per book, with tickets costing £1 each). If you would like me to send you a book, please send me a private message or email [e-mail] with your name and address.

Hi Paul, the butterfly idea is a good idea. Is there a Lupus UK or butterfly logo for that can be added to facebook profile pics?

Yes, we can actually create an official Facebook Frame for our page so that people can add it to their profile pics. I've just emailed myself the link to do this tomorrow.
