Did a 2 miles today furthest I've done and hard work now resting on bed with a feeling of cold leg and knee. But it had to be done. Walking is like thinking the position of the leg when putting it down .been doing my exercises on ankle and knee.Nut hell this is 5 months of hard work. Whish the thing would come back to me proper.

That is impressive 2miles here I struggle even a short walk. Well done . Rest well hope you dont suffer any after effects from it.

Btw I was reading your bio great hobby achievement btw. I was wondering have you though of heating the garage. We do in the winter we seal up the base of the garage door to make it sure no wind can get under the door and then heat the garage with a fan and oil radiator. My husband loves his cars. So he went to the extend of sealing the floor (we had hard concrete floor)as well to stop them feeling cold. Garage is less colder than before better for working in certainly much better and cleaner than before. My husband had spinal stenosis (had spinal surgery for this)on his back and 2 hip surgery to prolong his hip replacement. So that gives you an idea he is young but was really put off when he was unable to work in a cold garage . He is much better and able to do so now.

oh i will pay for it like now my better leg hip is sore as hell . my feet feel like i got arthritis in them cold. i can bend them. it all started off with a bit of groin pain and a slightly swollen testical, then on one of my walks i got pain in side and something jumped out of my back to the foot. waw that was painful,no siatic nerve just foot and back . now i got flat feet and they want to give me orthose for my shoes. 6 years ago i had knee microfracture done and this last from 2 to 5 years depends on age and was good till i got this. just feels like i got one leg longer than other, bit like SI JOINT IS NOT RIGHT.

Have you had an MRI / xray done for your back to check if there is anything wrong with it? Lion pain sound more hip to me that is what I have at the moment with my right hip. And what my hubby had with both his hips. And back and feet pain you might want to get an MRi for that to check to make sure you dont have any other ongoing problems. As for me I have degenerative narrowing on 4 of my lower lumbers and they are not prepared to do any treatment at them moment. They are claiming it is fibromyalgia that I have got at the moment, just because one has history of it that doesn't mean it becomes an easy push target oh ! It's fibromyalgia! . Because of the inflammation. My inflammatory is my SLE flare ups they dont seem to know what is what . As I still get my lupus spots flare up. When I get stressed I flare up big time that is major big time .my whole body goes into over drive. This I have notice the pass years . Oh well , doctors what can we say 🤷‍♀️

Yes@ , saw that reply not good at all . Another 6 months??? That is what they did with my husband with his back!! Until he got fed up and got a private referral through work to sort it out if not he will be still prob on the waiting list or still being pushed around by the NHS thinking they know best! Hope you find some sort of solution , will be in our prayers .

They refused to give a referral despite after going through a complete physio . They still claimed it was still muscular and refused to give him an MRI we had to push for an MRI for it as request for it . It came to a stage he was using a cane for walking for support. Once we had the report back and it showed he had stenosis on his spine we we shown how bad the stenosis was by the spinal Consultant. It was unbelievable. For 10 years they put him through it.Once he had a date for consulting through NHS saw that the date was too long he phoned up insurance company also note *which consultant you have been referred to that we were with to let them know .from then on all his appt has been private. Most health Insurance companies have a good range of hospitals that they cover. Bear in mind of how much excess you will need to pay for the outpatient as they will only pay for certain amount but most of time it should cover you for the surgery.

As for me , the woman that assess me claimed there was nothing wrong with me , oh the MRI will come back nothing , it is just fibromyalgia, you have got . Can you imagine how I felt when the report I heard from another consultant that I had narrowing on my lower back. This women(MSk) did not even bother to show me my spinal - she phoned me to tell me the results what a cheek, instead of making an appointment with your client /patient to let them know and shown them the MRI .MRI, spinal Pain clinic when i requested to see the MRI he did not even bother to show me instead he read the report. What a laugh!

As a former nurse I was so mad and furious. I did not even want to go there . Just held my tongue and grin and bare. Even the last appointment at least it is the only one off appointment.
