Puzzled

Hi guys right so I got diagnosed with RA ,connective tissue disease, pulmonary fibrosis around 7ish yrs ago iv had probably every test ,exray, scan ,biopsy,bloods known to man ,countless chest infections but not for months,now only 7 I think since Sept so for Me that's really good I take a antibiotic 3 times a week ,a immunesuppresant 4 a day,so when I was told what I had they said it usually 3/4yrs but I no everyone is different but even when I visit my consultant he looks at me puzzled and just says erm you are a unique case ,well I know that and I get that I don't fully think that they know ,and I know at somepoint game over,but what if somethings been overlooked ,iv even had vats surgery and I'm on oxygen 2lt at rest ,6lts walking ,I'm thinking this as got to be the calm before the storm ,I no everyone is diffent🤫 but what's everyone experiences please.
