Would you like to share your experience of living with lupus to contribute to a spoken theatre piece?

We have been contacted by a student studying for an MA in acting at the Rose Bruford College. The student was diagnosed with lupus in 2018, during her first year at university, and she is looking to create her final piece (a one-woman show) focused on lupus so that she can reach an audience that would otherwise have not likely heard of lupus. Her intention is that the piece will be performed in front of 20-30 people as the final piece of her MA (in October 2022).

The student would like to speak to 8-10 women of all ethnicities. She is particularly eager to speak to women aged between 18-30, but all ages are invited to participate.

Volunteers would be interviewed virtually by the student, possibly on more than one occasion. All comments will be anonymised for the piece.

If you would be interested in taking part in this project, please contact me at alida@lupusuk.org.uk.

Many thanks.

Alida
