Im starting Azathioprine to help control my lupus flare symptoms. I have a lupus rash on my face this past few months, Ive tried all the ecezema type creams and nothing is working 🙈 Anyone know if the Azathioprine will help with this?
Thanks everyone 🌸

Yes, Azathioprine works by suppressing the immune system which helps treat skin rashes in people with lupus when rashes are severe and not responding to creams or antimalarials.
It is important to note that Azathioprine takes about six weeks to begin to start working and can take up to six months for some people to achieve the full effects.
Thank you for your reply. Great news this will help my lupus rash, not nice when its on your face, I try to cover with makeup, but just want my skin healthy again 😌
