I have 1) CIDP (link following) 2) anemia and 3) positive ANA

However my neurologist say NO LUPUS (NOT enough symptoms) CIDP is also a complex neurological condition

gbs-cidp.org/ Chronic Inflammatory Demyelinating Polyneuropathy (CIDP) is a rare disorder of the peripheral nerves characterized by gradually increasing sensory loss and weakness associated with loss of reflexes.

Could this be like MS, also an AI chronic demyelinating disease that affects the outer coating ie the myelin sheaths of the mainly motor nerves?🤔 Many other organs, nerves and systems can be affected.

Are there specific autoantibodies associated with CIDP similar to MS?
