Oh I am sorry. I have just completed my third course. So relieved as my stomach is really not good on them and I struggle to sleep. I have made pizza dough, a lovely tomato and garlic sauce and homemade vanilla custard and apple sponge . We will eat well and love Strictly tonight. I hope you feel much better soon xxx
Hi cecily, so sorry you had to have three extra steroid courses. Do you take them first thing in the morning with breakfast as thats best time for them not to affect our sleep too much. ?. Im lucky i manage that ok. You sound like a good cook. Do you make something special for strictly each week?. Lovely show tonight. Hard to predict who will be in the dance off. Maybe jj and amy and bill and oti or a shock one?. What do you think?.

The damned things always make me feel agitated and I sleep very little no matter what time of day I take them but it is worse at night. When I am on 30 or 40 mg I take them all for breakfast but when on 80 mg I split my dose. I really hope I will not need more as they kill my stomach and just make me feel awful. We love pizza on a Saturday night, it is a real treat. I have a veggie one with candied jalapeños and make a spicy chicken one for Neil. I loved to tonight’s show. My favourites are still Maisie and HRVY. I love Oti and Bill has been a real pleasant surprise but I did not recognise the dance they did as an Argentine Tango. Likewise with JJ there was too much stopping and starting but he is amazing with what he does given his significant limitations. My least favourites are Janie and Ranvir . I will be gutted if Maisie is in the dance off again. Xxx
Hi cecily, oh goodness your steroid doses are much higher than mine so no wonder they give you problems. I do hope you take a stomach protector and a bone strengthener tablet. This is how our medicine intakes snowball though.Wow, what a results show. Bill and oti were lucky and i agree with you that i didnt like the routine. Im sorry jj and amy went as i dont like jamie and karen. Really emotional and close again. Cant believe its the semi's on sat.

Thanks Misty. I must admit I cried when JJ and Amy gave their speeches. I so wished the irritating Jamie had gone instead. Maisie and HRVY were completely brilliant. I hope they both make it to the final. I take Omeprazole but no bone protector as this is a new resurgence of my asthma. Hopefully it will calm down again. Have a lovely week xxx
I was nearly in tears too cecily at jj and amy and so agree with you re the others. Its wonderful hrvy and janette could go all the way. Janette's first quarter final too!. I find the show so inspiring and would love to have a go!. Calcium and vit d tablets are a good alternative if you dont take them. Vit d can help against covid so win win!.

I take 800 iu of vitD twice daily. My calcium levels were very high but have now gone very low. Maybe the Hyperparathyroid? Who knows I love Jeanette too but Oti is my favourite pro dancer she is just so beautiful and funny. Look after yourself xxx
Im glad cecily your taking calcium and vit d. Oti is my favourite too. I loved her winning both strictly and greatest dancer last year. She is really clever and as you say lovely person too. Cant wait for sat now!. Keep safe and i hope your better soon. Xx
