This weeks pic i think you'll love. They're twin day old lambs named Ant and Dec!. They were born on a family farm in Worcester and quickly made a friend in the 18 month old daughter pictured.
Hope this helps raise a smile😀 as things are still tough for us all.
Keep well and as safe as possible.

Such a beautiful image Misty. Thank you for posting, it made me smile, a rarity these days. Still Dancing On Ice tonight is something to look forward to ❤️ Xxx
This is why im doing it cecily to help keep our spirits going!. I enjoy finding them and deciding which to post . Its helping keep my spirits up too as its really not easy at the mo!. Hope you have a better week. Hows the steroid withdrawal going?. They can affect mood too. Keep safe Xx
Yes I love animal images they make me happy too. The steroid reduction is now 15 mg but I am having dips with my sats going down to 89 yesterday but I am persevering as my priority referral to Respiratory just about sums up how I am being treated currently..non existent support. For the past week and a half I have had the most awful flare. I think it is Bechets...oral, genital and anal ulceration and swelling, lost my voice ( a bonus for hubby), nasty fever and just feeling dreadful. I have literally gone through a box of local anaesthetic syringes and now when it is beginning to ease I have a snotty nose and conjunctivitis. Deep joy. That’s my moan over. How are you doing lovely? Xxx
Oh cecily, its awful how your being treated or rather not treated!. Im sorry your having a horrid flare but its worrying about your breathing. Can you chase respiratory?. If i need anything i always chase my depts for appts or treatment. Its so easy to get lost in this nhs of ours.
Im going to chase this steroid injection as in awful pain!. We have been left to suffer!.
Hope you enjoyed the skating and ice cream. Keep safe and i hope you improve. Xx❣😀❣
I am so sorry that you are in pain Misty. Is this with your toe still? I do hope you get your injection soon. I do not even have a Consultant yet to chase. I had one letter in early December saying I was a priority and nothing since. I will keep on keeping on until they decide to call me. I do understand that it is a very difficult time for the NHS . Lots of love xxx
Yes, it is cecily. I know it makes me feel torn and guilty knowing its been so hard with covid. Its difficult when we just need help though. I dont think much of their idea of priority since dec cecily but your in Wales arent you?.
No I don’t either. Fair play my GP has referred twice now. At least I am not wheezing now so I am grateful and it is not urgent like it was. You keep safe too lovely xxx
Aww your little clips make new smile Helen. Hope all went well with your appointments last week, I was thinking of you . I’ve felt awful this week with the costochondritis and palpitations, although it’s been calmer, I’m still getting them when I move around and getting breathless too, so I don’t know what that’s all about, the bisoprolol makes me lethargic😴. I’ve got my Covid vaccine later today so hoping I’ll have more energy to get there, it’ll be a struggle but don’t want to put it off, have you heard about yours yet? Diane😊 🥰😍💖 🐑 xxx
Hi dianne, glad im helping to keep your smiles going . Its really tough at the mo isnt it?. 😀
Im sorry your still struggling so much with your health. Its not right to be breathless on exertion like that. Bisoprolol sends dad and i to sleep in evenings!. Its a tough juggle between benefit and side effect, specially so with you. I think you need to talk to your gp about this.
Not sure if its a good idea to have your vaccination being this ill!. They'll ask you at the appt no doubt. I just hope it doesnt make you worse!.
You are fortunate to be getting it alreadu diane. Our area is only just doing the 70's and then its me in the CEV group. My nurse friend said they've split up the 70's into over 75's first then the over 70's. Its a big group and im cross that CEV's werent a higher priority!. Ive got to hope they dont run out of vaccine, just glad others are coming on stream. It looks like mine wont be for another 2-3 weeks!.
Thanks for asking, dentist went well and ive a new tooth. Bloods are still wonky with my liver and others not good either this week so im speaking to my gp on tuesfsy about it all.
I did feel safe as possible.
No news on steroid injection so im ringing the hospital to see if i can make the appt. Im just swapping one long list for another and feeling very fed up as in so much pain with toe!. Badly need action on it really!.
Good luck with that jab diane, thinking of you. Big hugs. Keep safe. X x🌻❣🌻🤞⚘🤞⚘🤞
I’m sorry Helen, it’s such a fight we have on our hands chasing things up , I hope you get some joy when you call them, it’s hard to believe it’s been a year since you were hoping to have your toe op isn’t it?I did have my vaccine , I muddled through and with Mick’s help I got there, it was all well done and I was straight in and guess what Mick had his too, I was the last appointment so they didn’t want to waste any so offered him one, they were so keen to do it he almost had no choice 😂, what luck that was! Now the waiting game to see if there are any side effects... fingers crossed 🤞. I hope you’ll get offered yours soon, it should be by mid February at the latest, areas seem to differ with their roll out don’t they?
Thanks dianne for your lovely wishes. Brilliant mick got a jab too so no extra visit needed. Did you get a card with your next appt on it?.
Fingers tightly crossed you dont get a reaction and feel better soon. 🤞
Ill let you know how this week goes. We fight on dont we?!. Your spot on diane , its now a years wait for op. Thanks for remembering. Thats whats giving me the strength to fight really!.
TAKE CARE lovely, thinking of you and big hugs. Keep safe. Xx🌻❣🌻
No they didn’t give be an appointment for the next one but just said it would be in around twelve weeks depending on supply, I’d rather it was in three weeks according to Pfizer’s guidance but not much we can do if the government want the gap to be twelve weeks, just as long as the efficacy is the same, that’s what’s important! Let’s hope supplies keep up, let me know when you hear about yours my lovely, good luck with ask your chasing up. Big hugs 🤗 😍🥰💖xxx
Hope your feeling ok diane after your jab. We're in the govt's hands all the time and have no choice but to trust what they say is ok. Thats hard!. Thanks lovely for your good wishes. Fingers crossed 🤞 i get something and ill let you know. Keep safe. Xx❣🙂❣🌼🌻🌼❣🌼🌻❣🌼❣🌻❣
My nurse friend diane did say to me at w/end that they will stop doing the first vaccinations and will go back to doing the follow up ones like you if supplies are low!. Hope that's helpful.TAKE CARE lovely. Big hug Xx
That’s interesting, I’m quite surprised at that, I would’ve thought they would just keeping giving first doses, it looks like there should be plenty anyway as the they’re already talking about sending surplus supplies to other countries in need. I’ve just listened to a professor who has said that one dose of the Pfizer vaccine has 91% efficacy after 21 days and the second dose will prolong protection for a few more months.. Let’s hope the new variants don’t knock us off course!! 😘xxx
I saw that dianne too. I wouldnt be surprised if someone got their numbers wrong and they send too many abroad and we'd still miss out. I just don' t trust them anymore as i know you don' t really either. Id like a first jab and dont like the thought of missing out whilst they do the second ones. Thank goodness there are different jabs coming on stream. Maybe ill have a one dose one which would be better?. They do say the vaccines should cover the S. African variant too but its difficult to know what to believe and is such a worry for us.
Hope you feel ok after yours!.
Ive just phoned the hospital about my orthapaedic appt for the steroid jab. Been told it wont be till September . I didnt know whether to laugh or cry so im doing both. Im incredulous tbh dianne and feel so let down. It does look like there pushing follow ups back and prioritising people who've been waiting more than a year.
Keep well and safe and think of those antibodies your starting to make. Big hugs. Xx🌼❣🌼🙂🌻🙂❣⚘❣⚘
Glad you liked it stiff. I thought it was perfect for lifting our spirits now!. Spring is coming if we're a wee bit more patient!. Easier said than done i know. Hope you've done more crafting and are feeling better. Keep safe. X x❣😀❣
