Hi, I have Lupus SLE and usually don't have a flu jab, as in the past it has always caused flare ups, but due to covid I'm wondering whether to have one this year and suffer the flare, as I do realise if I was unfortunate to get flu and covid i would be in trouble. Just wondering if anyone has experienced this, and what are peoples thoughts?

Ive had the flu jab and the pneumonia vaccine in the past without any issues and have my flu jab tomorrow
