Hi I still haven’t gone into the menopause at age 52 but my GP has mentioned to me before that all the fluctuating hormones going on in menopause can cause flaires- I’m sure someone else on here will give you better advice on this topic - hope your flaires calm down soon for you x

Not going through menopause but I definitely have a flare up of symptoms when I am due on, so I think it is the hormones that contribute to this.

Hi, I went through menopause but only because I had a total hysterectomy at 40. I am absolutely certain it triggered my ill health. I began having strange things happen, balance problems, pain, gut problems, swallowing problems, mouth ulcers etc but it took another 6 years to diagnosis. I really hope you get the help and support you need xx

I just started to have this with endometriosis which is also an autimmune condition.doctors (regular, alternative) say its not related...i have silent endo so had no symptoms and thdy discovred accidentaly it was stage 3-4.

I went on a strong anti inflanatory diet and endo treatment and my symptoms went away.for a month i had hot flushes every hour, cold flushes and night sweat/cold flushes. My period is not back yet.i have my gyno appointment next week.still not sure if its endo or menopause but considering adding the treatment made things go away..
