I'm so shattered I've only energy a copy of paste a post I did in my Lupus support group

However I've decided if you're reading this you need to butterfly cocoon yourself too

....

I'm totally shattered and exhausted. I'm guessing other admins are too.

So here is a request

Everyone in this group I consider a Lupus Butterfly in some shape or form

Be it SLE or similar, awaiting diagnosis, friends, family, carer etc, of people who were drawn to join this Lupus support group

As Butterfly's can everyone go into "butterfly cocoon mode" right now

Admins and everyone else need to pace their energy, to rest , and to recharge

This support group is always open, and we will always endeavour to help every single question, concern, comments you make

I love this group.

Everyone must pace themselves

We're all at home we're all safe

Repeat this statement 3 times and then go into cocoon please for your health sake

Im6 actually going to switch my phone and WiFi off, and go in my lovely garden in peace with my dog

Then I will sleep

It's all too manic everyone , we can only handle this is little stages

Lupus patients do know how long things take

Our energy and spoons need conservation
