No this is not a horrible post about someone's toilet habits but some great news.
Pooh Bear (the wife) was very poorly over the past 9 months with a mega flare which was brought under control by MMF. Her haemaglobin dropped to dangerous levels and then we were called in the middle of the night by the blood labs to say her phosphates were at very dangerous levels and that she needs to come into hospital immediately.
But now she is back to work and starting to enjoy life again. All the steroids has left her with cattarachs, osteophorosis and some fractures in her spine. But the eyes are being done in April (corona permitting) and the fractures have mended. With all the meds she suddenly has curly hair and she hates it ; of all things this is one things she dislikes the most (I was going to make a mildly sexist comment but sense got the better of me).
So to all of those who are having a rough time of it now, dig deep for strength, get help and it will get better.
Thank you all for all your help and support and to our local GP and Guys hospital who have been amazing.
