Hi all, hope everyone had a really fantastic Christmas and are recovering from too much too eat and drink. Recover quick as another celebration is fast approaching.
May I take this time to say something I hope none of you need reminding 🤔 that is I hope no one is foolish enough to drink alcohol and drive soon after, not forgetting do not drive too soon the following day either. That said enjoy the weekend. Speak to you all soon.

Great, peaceful Christmas Day, yes. Eat too much? No. My lust of things I ‘can eat’, between AI, food allergies and blood type food issues, my lust of things is very, very narrow. Plus I am 4 1/2 weeks into a (another) 6 week gut cleanse, so even more I have had to eliminate, like, sweets (bad timing, right?)
But... having said that, Happy New Year Bronn, and everyone else. Be careful. You don’t want to eat or drink anything you’re going to regret in the long run 😱.
Has anyone been able to return to work and a "normal" life after diagnosis?
