Got discharged on monday afternoon as my dialysis machine and solutions all arrived on Monday morning. Adapted quite well to doing it on my own at night and having the nurses coming in visiting me every day to check up gives me that extra peace if mind that I like. Didn't think I would take to it so easily but been very surprised by it so far. So glad to be out of hospital and home after 2 weeks in there. Long road ahead and hopefully the next year will pass quickly so I can get on the transplant list.
