I am 68 and live in UK. I have lupus, Raynaud's, Erythromelalgia and peripheral neuropathy. The EM is getting steadily worse, with pain in my feet waking me several times in the night. Painkillers don't help and I've been wondering about trying CBD.
Has cannabis oil helped anyone with the pain of EM and if so, what dose would they recommend? Thanks.

Hi - I have feet that seem to boil ar night ! Deep Freeze cold patches from any chemist or large supermarket. They are drug free just all the menthol extracts. They do a spray too. These are great pain relievers for me .
I use a CBD oil sometimes to aid sleep. We are all different so you could try a mild cheaper one from Holland and Barrett to start but if you go on line there are creams now for pain but do read the reviews, as nothing is cheap. Best of luck
Thanks for your reply and sorry for the delay in responding. My computer has been playing up and I seem to have missed a lot of emails.
The "feet on fire" feeling is pretty terrible, isn't it? I have tried the Deep Freeze gels and they helped for a while. I haven't tried the sprays yet but they sound good.
To be able to fall asleep and stay asleep all night, without being awoken by pain is my ultimate aim, so I will gather my courage (and necessary funds!) and try CBD oil products. Here in Bristol a new cafe has just opened, with a marihuana leaf on its sign outside. It's called the Mary Jane Cafe...!
Hi Skylark - why don’t you pop into the Mary Jane (just the name makes me smile) and chat to someone about the different types and strengths of CBD - I have found they are usually very knowledgeable- they might let you buy a small sample bottle or go to the local health store and chat.
