Raise awareness and understanding of lupus in a professional London photoshoot for World Lupus Day

Do you want to help raise awareness and understanding about lupus?

Idorsia Pharmaceuticals, who are close to starting a phase 2 trial for their new lupus medication 'cenerimod', are working on their plans for World Lupus Day (May 10th). They would like some people living with lupus to take part in a professional photoshoot in London on 23rd or 24th April to share their story.

Hi there Paul. This event sounds interesting. If a person who has LUPUS is interested in the photo shoot but also has mobility issues how will they be able to attend professional photo shoot in central London if they cannot physically get out of their home? As per usual LUPUS interfering with normal life activities.

Hi. The company have done what they can to make this accessible as possible and provided reimbursement for all travel costs including taxis. Due to tight deadlines it wasn't logistically possible to arrange photo shoots in multiple locations at people's homes. We've managed to find enough volunteers to take part though fortunately.
