As part of managing my condition I have taken up meditation or mindfulness. I have been trying out smartphone apps. My top 3 at the moment (free versions) are;
1. Headspace
2. Calm
3. Insight
(I use an android phone so am not sure if they're also available on ITunes).
Anyone else got a Top 3?

Just started using calm, this helps me so much at bed time to get rid of all the negatives running through my mind, which at times drives me insane I’m glad this is helping you too, may also try these other you mention x
I use meditation, too, if I don't I am forced into it eventually by flares.
I don't use any digital means because I find that interferes with the relaxation for me being ES, but I know meditations from learning them and they are very effective.
