I've just returned from my assessment in Bristol. I don't think it went well. She asked me what I got in maths o level which was 40 years ago, I did remember and told her as it was a terrible result, I wondered why she asked but have since realised it was a trick question as I mentioned memory problems in my form, but I meant short term memory. I also noted that people with no mobility issues were seen on the ground floor while those with sticks all had to walk quite a distance to the lift and then another distance to the waiting room. Does anyone know when I can ask for a copy of the report?

Sorry to hear this, I've had an assessment 3 times and every one has been bad, with a lying assessor, I've just had one recently, have done mandatory reconsideration and they have continued to reiterate lies, and I'm about to do my appeal for Tribunal today. You can ask for a copy of the assessors report, as soon as they send you the award letter. You have to phone DWP and they get the copy for you from Atos or Capita. Keep an eye on the date because if their are lies/errors, you only have 1 month from the date of your award, not the date you receive a copy of the report, to appeal.
I received the copy of my deceptive, ridiculous report 4 days before the appeal due date and bearing in mind I needed 1 day to get the appeal in the Royal Mail!
I advice to request the copy on the same day your award gets to you 🙏
