World Lupus Day - 10th May

Hello everyone

Just wondering what folks are doing for World Lupus Day. I will try to do something even if its just posting a few things on facebook and twitter

I'm aware that America has been involved in Lupus awareness month during all of May ... I've been posting things on my American facebook lupus groups about that..

In UK we celebrate Lupus awareness month in October, but we do get involved in both World Lupus day on 10th May, and in world autoinnume arthritis day on 20th May

Look like I've spent it in A&E for 6 hours with a viral infection that has badly affected my muscles! How fun. Home now at least

well I was in bed until 3pm (bad night last night, plus my usual waking up unrereshed / unrestoritive sleep). There's quite a few posts on facebook etc easy to share so I'll have the energy for that
