I’m in flair and on 40mg steroids plus x2 hydroxy per day. Doing really well but this evening my hands/arms are SO painful. I’ve been quite physically active today so wonder if it’s related - or this can happen at any time? Took paracetamol but no joy unsurprisingly! Any thoughts?

When my pain is really bad ( usually in shoulders or knees) I take naproxen x

It is possible that you overdid things and that triggered the pain you were experiencing. Has this settled now?
