Recently I am having constant chest pain. I feel a pressure on my chest or mild sharp pain especially in the morning. I have had a heart ultrasound in November and was fine. I don't know if I should mention it to my consultant on Friday. I am scared she may think I exaggerated. What do you think?

Chest pain should ALWAYS be investigated. There are a lot of things that wouldn't be obvious from an u/s - and a lot of causes of chest pain are not cardiac-related. But that has to be established.
Definitely mention it to your doctor, it should be investigated. AsPMRpro said it may not be cardiac , it could be muscle, possibly costochondritis but you do need to get checked out . I hope all is well , best wishes.
