Lupus, hashi, or something else?

Hi everyone,

My dr recently got me to do bunch of different blood tests since I have been suffering from fatigue, lethargy, joint pains, foggy brain, etc. I gave birth 18 months ago and during that time I got sick with post partum thyroiditis (hyper & hypothyroidism). Now my thyroid levels are back to normal but I still have thyroid antibodies in my system. I went to the doctor because I just feel very "off" and not 100% myself to be honest. Just feel like something is not right with me. Did an ANA test and it came back 1:80 (homogeneous/speckled) and I also had a mild neutropenia (low white cell count). Could this indicate lupus, hashimoto or just some sort of an infection or what? Can you get diagnosed with lupus with 1:80 ANA test result & with those symptoms?

I'm afraid that we are not medically qualified and therefore cannot advise you whether you may have lupus or not based on your test results. Conditions like lupus are very complicated and difficult to diagnose so you will need to discuss these results and what they mean with your doctor.
