most of the time my mrs feels very seveir headache ,please suggest the solution...

Before anything else she should ensure she is drinking enough WATER. Dehydration is a major cause of headaches. If she is also constipated or finds it difficult to go to the loo, this then suggests dehydration.

Please note I have said, drink more water. Not more juice or fizzy drinks or caffeinated drinks.

This is always a good starting point.

Allergies can also cause headaches, too. Electro-sensitivity can also cause it - Wi-Fi, etc.

Has your wife spoken to her doctor about this?
