fast heart rate?

is there a connection between lupus and a faster heart rate? my heart rate tends to be I am not the 100s and I am only 23 years old

I am already in a hospital... I i had a septic shock and then a mini stroke they are giving my r heart medication for it. the was finally 84 this morning! I am in rehab now

I have definitely improved and have done the stairs in physio my Mri looks better and my supplements are less because my blood work levels are looking better now. I thanks for asking
