Hi Tiras....i feel your pain. I am also having a hard time staying warm. I had to get groceries and the store was cold and my finger tips turned white....my Raynaud's seems to be getting worse. I even kept my gloves on inside the store...didn't help. Hope your headache gets better....they wear me out! Our temperature at night here has been around 8 or 9 at night. Brrrr! Love your fireplace.
Yes, the doctors say it is a combination of lupus and medication. It is not only my feet, it is all of my skin. I can literally tear my skin with my fingernail, and then it will bleed like crazy for a few minutes. Wash the blood off and you can barely see a scratch!?
Yes..I do know what you mean. I have experienced the same. It was quite an experience for me...in the unmentionable area! I was diagnosed with lupus and not long after experiencing some devaststing stress those blisters appeared! I found s very good doctor who treated me and told me it was lupus related. Thank you for sharing that with me...I dont feel so alone now.
Yep, the cold has been brutal for me too. My joints are not enjoying it at all! Not being able to stay warm has become one of my issues this winter. My body temp is impossible to control. It will be 80+ degrees in my house and everyone else is running around at night in shorts and I'm curled in a ball dressed in layers and covered w blankets. It's ridiculous!
However, I'm super sun sensitive so I've gotten a break from that since it's winter
I am just getting out of bed, after 2 days in it. I feel about the same as you describe. The thing is, I am scheduled for surgery tomorrow(tuesday)....I am doing all that I can to be well enough to not be canceled ..... BTW, Tiras, Does you wife also have an AI disease..Somehow I got that impression..Mt husband had Sjogren's but he is mildly bothered by it....I think though that a lot of his symptoms he complains about IS Sjogrens...He hasn't been to a Rheumy in about 10 years...Hope You are feeling better today
My wife has severe arthritis, thyroid is producing nothing, B12 and vitamin D is almost nonexistent. She has just recently started taking medication for all of these issues.
I can’t imagine the cold weather where you are. I’m in the Uk . I think it’s cold enough here 😂. My things go white and frozen just getting dressed in the morning
